Shipping and returns

At checkout, you can choose Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, with branch or courier delivery where the option is available. Shipping is charged separately at the selected carrier's rates.

For a made-to-order piece, I will contact you to agree on its production time.

As a general rule, you may notify the seller that you wish to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the item. Ukrainian law includes exceptions, including individually made or altered goods that cannot be sold to someone else without substantial loss. Handmade goods are not all automatically exempt.
