Terms of sale

Each product page shows that piece's characteristics and price. Before submitting an order, you can review the items and the goods total. Shipping is paid separately at the carrier's rates.

For made-to-order pieces, production time is agreed after ordering. Any individual details should be confirmed before work begins.

Price + 5% + 1%

Photos illustrate the piece. Because each piece is handmade and materials naturally vary, the item you receive may differ slightly in shade, texture, material pattern, shape, stitching, and finish. Small differences in measurements and the appearance of hardware may also occur if they do not change the piece's main characteristics, function, or your selected option. I do not send a separate notice before dispatch for these minor differences. Color reproduction depends on photographic lighting and screen settings.

I may update photos, descriptions, and minor details of future pieces on the website without contacting each customer in advance. An order already placed remains subject to the characteristics shown when you ordered and any individual details agreed with you. If fulfilling it requires a material change to the color, materials, dimensions, hardware, or another agreed characteristic, I will contact you and agree the change before making or dispatching the piece. This notice does not limit your consumer rights.

Depending on shop configuration, checkout may offer card payment through a payment provider or an IBAN bank transfer. Transfer details are provided after placing an order.

After placing an order, the customer receives an order number. Use the email address below for questions about confirmation, payment, or fulfilment.
